Main Event Media, a Religion of Sports company, is a three time Emmy-winning production company based in Los Angeles. Founded by producer Jimmy Fox, the company creates content across multiple genres including scripted, documentary, reality and original podcast production. The company’s recent work includes Netflix’s true crime feature documentary Girl in the Picture, Netflix dating series Dated & Related, multi-time Emmy-winning CNN series United Shades of America with W. Kamau Bell, Peacock comedy series Punky Brewster, HBOMax docuseries Sweet Life: Los Angeles, the PGA Award-winning YouTube Originals docuseries Defying Gravity: The Untold Story of Women’s Gymnastics and Nickelodeon competition series Top Elf as well as having produced additional series for Roku, Amazon Prime, Discovery, CNBC, Paramount, Snapchat, E! and TNT. Main Event has been recognized for its work garnering Critics Choice, Critics Choice Real TV, TCA, PGA, NAACP and International Documentary Association (IDA) nominations.

JIMMY FOX

PRESIDENT

Jimmy is the founder and President of Main Event Media based in Los Angeles. In his role as President, Fox oversees all aspects of development and production for the company. Jimmy Fox is a two-time Emmy winning producer. He is the co-creator/executive producer of the CNN series “United Shades of America with W. Kamau Bell,” Investigation Discovery’s "Breaking Homicide” and Amazon’s "Inside Jokes." 

Additional executive producer credits include: E!’s drama series “The Arrangement,” NBC’s “Food Fighters,” TNT’s “The Hero” with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, TBS’ “King of the Nerds,” CNBC’s “Make Me a Millionaire Inventor,” CMT’s “Dog and Beth: On The Hunt” with Dog the Bounty Hunter, VH1’s “Mob Wives” and POP’s “Hollywood Darlings."

STEPHANIE VALENTIN

VP, CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & PRODUCTION

Stephanie Valentin is an accomplished producer and development editor with 18 years of experience in the film and TV industry. She has an M.F.A. in Film and TV Production from the University of Southern California and has worked across various genres, including unscripted, scripted, news, live broadcasting, and digital content.

Before her role at Main Event Media, Stephanie served as lead editor and creative director at TV O Povo, a respected affiliate of the Brazilian network TV Cultura. At Main Event Media, Stephanie has worked as producer/editor on E!'s Celebrity Call Center, supervising producer/editor on Snapchat's While Black, and co-Executive Producer on Roku's Eye Candy.

EMILY BON

VP, DEVELOPMENT

After graduating from USC with degrees in Cinematic Arts and Communication, Emily began her career in the digital media space, most notably heading the development of original and branded content for Breakwater Studios. She joined Main Event Media in late 2017, where she develops and produces television projects and heads the company's podcast division - producing and co-writing all podcasts in Main Event's slate.

JIM PRINCIVALLE

DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

After graduating from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, James began his entertainment career as an assistant editor on Whacked Out Sports. They later worked in the TV Lit and Business Affairs departments of Paradigm Talent Agency. They joined Main Event Media in 2020.
